TONING EXERCISES!
 

Sessions should be done twice a week initially and then progressing to three times a week.

TIPS!

  • Read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly.
  • Do all the exercises slowly and in a controlled manner.
  • Ask get someone to check your body positions to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Additional equipment needed

  • a light pair of dumbbells (try them out at a sports store and don't be too ambitious!)
  • a cliniband (optional)

Each session consists of 15 repetitions!
