Keeping a Log Record

One of the best ways to stay motivated, is to keep a Log Book or Log Record, so I really advise you to do this accurately and diligently. There are two Log Records to keep - click on here to access them.

  • The FIRST RECORD should be kept each month and will provide you with certain measurements taken at baseline (when you start) and then once a month thereafter.
