Right now, condoms are the only real option for sexually active teens it protects against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. But it's no longer enough to encourage teenagers to use condoms. They should also be educated about using them correctly.

Share the following: only use new, tested, high-quality condoms; open the wrapper carefully so that the condom does not tear; use condoms from start to finish during oral, anal or vaginal sex; never use oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline or baby oil with condoms; when putting on the condom, squeeze the empty space at the end of the condom to remove the air; unroll the condom all the way to the base of the penis; if the condom tears during sex, withdraw the penis immediately and put on a new condom; after ejaculation, remove the condom carefully before the penis loses its erection so that seminal fluid does not spill out.
