The DA-run Western Cape government has again appealed to President Cyril Ramaphosa not to sign the controversial National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill into law.
On Tuesday, in a last-ditch effort, Premier Alan Winde again voiced his concerns over the bill.
"The Western Cape government remains deeply concerned about the bill in its current form. It requires substantial amendments.
