Charging Visvin Reddy for making violent threats sets the right tone ahead of the upcoming elections, writes Qaanitah Hunter.
The decision by the National Prosecuting Authority to charge known motormouth and one of former president Jacob Zuma's ice boys, Visvin Reddy, for threats of violence, sets the right tone going into the election period.
Reddy will appear on charges of violating the Riotous Assembly Act in the Chatsworth Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
