Several schools around the country are hosting forums for parents and teachers to find out the truth about the food their children eat. Hosted by dieticians from Kellogg’s South Africa, these forums are designed to tackle misinformation about kids’ food and provide valuable information on feeding your child a balanced diet. You’ll get advice on everything from meal planning to dealing with overweight children, as well as an opportunity after the presentation to ask all those questions that have been bothering you for so long.
