More cholera in Limpopo

Some forty seven new cases of cholera have been reported in Limpopo, the SABC reports.

Thirty three infections were reported in Ga-Matlala, outside Polokwane and 14 were reported in Musina.

In an interview with the broadcaster, the health department spokesman, Phuti Seloba said over 1 400 cases have been reported in the province since the outbreak was first recorded.

Limpopo's confirmed cholera death toll stands at nine, the SABC said.
