What is it?Types of yogaYoga exercisesSpotlight on yoga
Yoga – is it just a dodgy Eastern semi-religion, involving some seriously provocative posing? Just to comment on the yoga article. I have been doing yoga for almost 3 years now, still am and always have been a serious weight lifter at gym. yoga has made me 1000 times more supple, and heals you internally, with emphasis on emotional wellbeing. I used to have a sports massage twice a month from traning, and now have one maybe every six months. When I miss yoga for a couple of weeks for whatever reason, my back takes serious strain.I love yoga, and will do it for the rest of my life. - Bonnie van Niekerk
