  16. Most of my friends drink or use drugs.

  19. My driver’s licence has been suspended for driving under the influence.
  20. Family members have repeatedly spoken to me about my drinking and/or drugging.
  21. I sleep at odd times of the day.
  22. I sometimes lie to cover up how much I am drinking or drugging.
  23. I sometimes wake up still drunk from the night before.
  24. I often find myself drinking more than I set out to do.
  25. While drunk or high, I let people talk me into doing things I would never have considered if I were sober.
