Hulle was ook minder moeg, het beter geslaap en hul gemoedstoestand was beter nadat dokters hul simptome aan hulle verduidelik het en hulle begin oefen het. Slegs ses persent van juppie-lyers sonder ‘n oefenprogram, se liggaamskrag het verbeter, berig die jongste uitgawe van die British Medical Journal.

Byna al die juppie-lyers wou en het aan ‘n oefenprogram deelgeneem nadat dokters hul simptome aan hulle verduidelik het. Oefening is ‘n vinniger en goedkoper pad na gesondheid vir ‘n juppielyer, het die navorser gesê.
