Meniere's syndrome
M�ni�re's syndrome, also called idiopathic endolymphatic hydrops, or M�ni�re's disease, is a disorder of the inner ear. Although the cause is unknown, M�ni�re's syndrome is thought to result from an abnormality in the inner ear fluids. About 100,000 individuals per year develop M�ni�re's syndrome.

Treacher Collins syndrome (TCS)
Treacher Collins syndrome (TCS), also called mandibulofacial dysostosis and Franceschetti-Zwalen-Klein syndrome, is a rare genetic disorder that causes abnormal development of facial bones and tissues, resulting in a wide range of facial defects. Symptoms vary from barely noticeable to severe. In general, most people have underdeveloped facial bones, especially cheekbones.

Ear disorders
Ear disorders are characterized by improper function of a person's ear. The ear is important because it sends messages to the brain that allow a person to hear sounds and sense their balance. As a result, patients with ear disorders may be unable to hear sounds properly, or they may feel dizzy.

Waardenburg syndrome
Waardenburg syndrome (WS) is an inherited disorder that causes varying degrees of hearing loss and color changes in the skin, hair, and eyes. People with WS typically have pale white skin. Some people may have patches of white hair, while others may experience premature graying of the hair when they are as young as 12 years old. The eyes may be a very pale blue, or they may each be a different color (usually brown and blue). Sometimes, one eye may be two different colors.

Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome
Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, sometimes called cerebral beriberi, is a severe memory disorder usually associated with chronic excessive alcohol consumption, although the direct cause is a deficiency in thiamin (vitamin B1). It may also result from dietary deficiencies, prolonged vomiting, eating disorders, or the effects of chemotherapy medications.
