Watch out for: growths or tumours – these should be checked out immediately, as time is of the essence; exhaustion and localised pain – both signs of internal tumours; an unexplained change in how your body functions, e.g. sudden headaches, unexplained blood in your stools or localised discomfort over a number of days; a mole that changes shape or colour.
Have these signs and symptoms checked out. Remember, a false alarm is always preferable to traumatic intervention.
