Classify the severity of your asthma (Adults)
There are four categories of asthma, classified and treated according to the severity. Where do you fit in? Follow these steps and find out.
Treatment guide: Mild Intermittent Asthma (Adults)
You have asthma symptoms less than once a week, maybe even once a month or just three to four times a year. You have night-time symptoms less than once a month,
Treatment guide: Intermittent Asthma
You have asthma symptoms less than twice per week during the day, and less than once a month during the night.
Treatment guide: Moderate Persistent Asthma (Adults)
You have asthma symptoms five or more times per week during the day, and more than five times per month during the night.
Treatment guide: Severe Persistent Asthma (Adults)
You have asthma symptoms every day and frequently during the night.
Treatment guide: Mild Persistent Asthma (Adults)
You have asthma symptoms two to four times per week during the day, and two to four times per month during the night.
