Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome
Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS) is a rare autoimmune condition that usually develops in early childhood (before five years of age) and that affects both children and adults. In patients who develop the disease later in life, the symptoms are usually not as severe. ALPS is an inherited condition that affects both sexes.

Leg/skin ulcers
Skin ulcers are open sores that are often accompanied by the sloughing-off (shedding) of inflamed tissue. Skin ulcers can be caused by a variety of events, such as trauma, exposure to extreme temperatures or corrosive material, or problems with blood circulation.

Peripheral vascular disease
Peripheral vascular disease (PVD), also known as peripheral artery disease (PAD), is a slow and progressive circulation disorder. It may involve disease in any of the blood vessels outside of the heart and diseases of the lymph vessels - the arteries, veins, or lymphatic vessels. Organs supplied by these vessels such as the brain, heart, and legs, may not receive adequate blood flow for ordinary function. However, the legs and feet are most commonly affected, thus the name peripheral vascular disease.

The musculoskeletal system is a type of organ system that allows for movement and stability of the body and consists of bones, muscles, joints, tendons, cartilage, ligaments, bursae (fluid-filled sacs), and other connective tissue. Complications arising when individual parts of this bodily system are injured can range from minor discomfort to serious medical conditions. Symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) can be acute or chronic and may include inflammation, swelling, pain, fatigue, weakness, joint noises and stiffness, limited range of motion, and lack of coordination.

Lymphatic filariasis
Lymphatic filariasis, also known as elephantiasis, is a parasitic infestation of nematodes. Nematodes are worms, commonly known as roundworms because of their shape. The nematodes that invade the human body and damage internal structures are Brugia malayi, Brugia timori, and Wuchereria bancrofti.

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) - from Natural Standard
Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a neurological (brain) disorder that causes an individual's legs to feel extremely uncomfortable when sitting or lying down. These unpleasant sensations may feel like burning, tugging, or like insects are crawling inside the legs. Often called paresthesias (abnormal sensations) or dysesthesias (unpleasant abnormal sensations), the symptoms range in severity from mildly uncomfortable to painful.

Osgood-Schlatter disease
Osgood-Schlatter disease, also called tibial tuberosity apophysitis, is a disorder that causes temporary pain, tenderness, and swelling of the knee. In most cases, pain and swelling occurs at the lower front of the knee under the kneecap, called the tibial tuberosity. This is where a large tendon, called the patellar tendon, attaches to the shinbone (called the tibia). One or both knees may be affected.
