There's something amazingly soothing about a foot rub or a foot soak. Find out how you can treat your feet and de-stress simultaneously.
Take action:
First, try your hand at a little DIY reflexology: if you have a stiff neck, squeeze underneath your big toe on the spot under the pad and towards the outside of the foot; apply the pressure for 20 seconds, do this five times.

Then fill a basin with warm water; add five soluble aspirins (the salicylic acid softens callouses) or throw in a handful of sea salt; soak feet for 20 minutes until they are soft; then, using circular movements, rub away hard skin with a pumice stone.
