Get rid of all your shoes that have plastic, synthetic or cardboard linings; Never wear the same shoes two days in a row; throw away all your nylon socks and buy cotton ones; Wash your feet properly at least twice a day and dry them well - especially between the toes; remove hard skin with a pumice stone; Soak your feet in warm water with a drops of tea tree oil in the evenings; get aluminium chloride spray from your doctor, but don't use if it you have athelete's foot or open sores.
