Knock a pint or two back for bone health. Researchers have just shown that beer contains high levels of an ingredient that helps deposit calcium and other minerals into bone tissue.

Reap the benefits by drinking one beer a day if you're a woman, or up to two beers a day if you're a man. But, before you start overindulging, take a good look at the size of your "beerboep". Beer has a high calorie content and any weight increase associated with drinking the drink may cancel out the benefits.
