Not every pregnant woman experiences morning sickness, but nearly two-thirds do. As it can have a severe impact on a woman's quality of life, these tips could be worth noting.
Take action:
Firstly, if the morning sickness is severe (i.e. if you’re not eating or drinking well and/or you’re vomiting) consult your doctor immediately; try to eat as well as you can under the circumstances; drink plenty of water, especially if you’re losing fluid through vomiting; eat smaller meals more often; and get your partner to bring you a dry biscuit or a slice of toast while you’re still on your back in bed – eat it before getting up.
