If you're breastfeeding your baby, it could be hard to tell whether your infant has had enough to eat. Luckily, there are a few things that could provide important clues.
Take action:
Your baby probably isn't getting enough breastmilk if: she seems to be hungry all the time; she appears irritable or cries soon after being taken off the breast; she doesn't wake regularly for feedings; she falls asleep at the breast early during a feed; she doesn't demonstrate deep sucking and swallowing.
