Take action:
Don't do any exercises that focus on the abdomen, or that will place strain on the developing foetus. If any of the following conditions are experienced, it is highly recommended that you stop exercising: nausea and vomiting; dizziness or fainting; shortness of breath; palpitations; generalised oedema; decreased foetal activity; vaginal bleeding; leaking of amniotic fluid; or onset of contractions. Consult your doctor if any of these conditions occur.
