| Closing the nappy Pull the front section of the nappy up over the baby’s belly, and hold down gently. Pull up the side flaps up and over the front section.
Make sure the sticky tabs do not touch your baby’s skin, as this could result in a rash.
The tightness of the diaper is important. If the diaper is too loose, leakage may occur, but if it is too tight, unnecessary pressure could be put on the baby’s stomach, which could lead to discomfort and even vomiting. This is especially after feeding the baby.
