Are you struggling to get your infant to sleep through the night?

Don't let daytime naps last longer than three hours at a time.
  • Maintain a two-hour interval between daytime feedings.
  • When your baby wakes during the night, try soothing him back to sleep before offering a feeding. If this doesn't work and your infant is truly hungry, make the feeding as quick and unentertaining as possible.
  • Avoid having your baby sleep in your bed. Babies who get used to sleeping with their parents will not want to move to their own beds. - (HealthDayNews)
