- outdoors, when you need to refresh your soul
However, simple as it is, it has the added benefit of you being able to track your progress. This means of course, that there are no excuses! All those great intentions you’ve had over the years, can now become YOUR REALITY!!
There are different programmes, which, at the end will enable you to either:
- walk 10km
- run 10km
- run 21.1km’s
- cycle 40km
- run 5km and cycle 20km
Of course, resistance training and toning are also very important – so there are a range of illustrated exercises and stretches to keep you flexible and to get your whole body in SHAPE.
