  • Walk 10km

  • Walking is a great way of getting fit and it is so easy to do. Why not choose a 10km fun walk in which you can compete at the end of the year? Read

  • Run 10km

  • Running is a very effective and quick way of getting fit and shaping up. There are always lots of 10km road races on the calendar, so why not select one for which to train? Read

  • Run 21.1km

  • So you are keen to run and achieve a major feat i.e. complete a half-marathon! Running is a great way to get fit, shape up and meet new people. Why not select an attractive 21.1km for which to train? Read

  • Cycle 40km

  • Why not incorporate some of the fun-rides (approx 20km) in your training programme and soon you will be able to cycle about 40kms (a popular distance in the regular cycling event calendar)? Read

  • Run 5km and cycle 20km

  • This is for those who like variety and prefer the fun aspect of taking part in an event. Read
