Stretching
Is stretching overrated?

One study they looked at drew on tests with army recruits and concluded that muscle stretching prevented an average of just one injury every 23 years.

Sydney University's Rob Herbert told Australia's ABC Radio that it was time to ditch the customary advice to warm up before taking exercise and have a good stretch afterwards. - (Sapa-DPA)
