MUSCLES WORKED: Quadriceps
Quadricep stretch, lying

Lie down on your stomach.

Bend one of your legs and pull the heel towards your body, using the arm that is on the same side as this leg.

Keep your body straight and your hips on the floor. Support your head with your other hand.

Feel the stretch in the front of your thigh and your hip.

Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.

Repeat with the other leg.
