Get ready for Die Burger/Sanlam Cycle Tour
With 11 weeks left to 14 December, you still have a bit of time to train and get fit for Die Burger/Sanlam Cycle Tour. Health24 offers you several training options. The programmes are for men and women, but differ according to fitness levels.

Choose one of the following Health24 fitness programmes according to your goals and fitness level:

If you are at Fitness Level 1 (no real exercise programme till today, walking now and again):

  • Cycle 28 km within 11 weeks with Cycle 28 km Programme.
    This programme consists of three of the four components for a good fitness programme, namely araebic fitness, resistance training and stretching. Notes: You need to add a healthy eating plan.
    Where: Outdoors and home, or gym.

  • If you are at Fitness Level 2 (you are currently exercising at least 3 times a week), choose one of these programmes:

  • Cycle 72 km within 11 weeks with Cycle 72 km.
    The components are aerobic fitness, resistance training and stretching. Add a healthy eating plan.
    Where: Outdoors, or gym.

  • or
  • Cycle 118 km within 11 weeks with 118 km Cycling programme.

  • The fitness components include aerobic training, resistance training and stretching.
