How you can help
Make exercise fun – playing games on a family outing, take a walk ending somewhere the child wants to go
Build skills – encourage developing skills by buying toys that help children develop physical abilities like a climbing frame, skateboard or roller blades
Throughout all activities, always ensure a balance between learning and fun.
