General shoulder stretch

Stand in front of a rail or wall and grab the rail with your hands. Keep the kness slightly bend.

Bend forward without dropping your shoulders. Keep the back rounded and the neck extended throughout the stretch. Push your back towards the ceiling as if you are a cat.

Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
