The last Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon ‘Dream it – Do it’ workshop takes place on Monday 27 March at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa [SSISA] in Newlands, Cape Town.
The workshop series themed 'Dream it - Do it', was introduced by SISSA to help runners make their dreams become a reality as they prepare for the 2006 event. The series, which kicked off in November last year, has been extremely popular and is perceived by many runners as an essential part of the build-up to the race.
