Planning to live healthy in the New Year? The Sports Science Institute of South Africa’s 8-WEEK HEALTHY WEIGHT BEGINNER PROGRAMME will assist you in reaching this goal, according to a press release from the SSISA.

According to the organisers the Healthy Weight Beginner Programme is designed to equip each individual with the tools necessary to manage his/her weight effectively while improving their health.
"SSISA incorporates the physiology of weight loss as well as the psychology associated with non-compliance to changes implemented. Each person is unique and the programme design accommodates these individual characteristics enhancing each person’s possibility of success," the statement said.
The approach is simple - lifestyle change. Although simplistic, the range of the programme is diverse. Whether you have a minimal or a large amount of weight to lose – your needs will be addressed to assist you in reaching your individual goals.
The next course will be starting on Thursday 12 January 2006.
