The Sports Science Institute of South Africa is hosting a seminar on cold water swimming, featuring the arctic and long distance swimmer Lewis Pugh, on October 3.
Pugh will be talking about his record-breaking swim at 80 degrees North, just 1 100 km from the North Pole.
