 Oefenprogramme / Fitness programmes
Deelnemers kon uit een van vyf oefenprogramme kies. Indien hulle glad nie naby 'n gimnasium kon uitkom nie, het ons selfs 'n tuisprogram aangebied. (Kliek hier om jou rekke te bestel.)

Hoewel die kompetisie amptelik verby is, kan jy steeds die oefenprogram volg. Besluit eenvoudig hoeveel keer per week jy sowat 45 minute op 'n slag kan oefen. Jy kan enigiets van twee keer per week tot ses keer per week oefen - net soos dit jou pas.

Al vyf oefenplanne sluit kardio- en weerstandsoefeninge in. Die kardio-oefeninge maak jou fikser terwyl die weerstandsoefeninge jou spiere laat werk.

Jy sal moontlike tussen 6 tot 12 kg binne 12 weke kan verloor.

Even though the official competition is something of the past, you can still follow the exercise programmes in this section. Simply decide how many times per week you'll be able to exercise 45 minutes, and off you go!

There are home gym programmes if you don't have access to a gym, and there are normal gym programmes. All the programmes include a cardiovascular and resistance exercise component to give your body a proper workout.

You can expect to lose between 6 and 12 kg in 12 weeks' time.
