 Eetplanne / Eating plans
Oefen en reg eet, gaan saam soos vinkel en koljander. Al oefen jy jou blou en jy eet verkeerd, gaan jy nie die resultate bereik wat jy beoog nie.

Deelnemers kon uit drie opsies kies: die Porsieplan-eetplan, die PlusMinus-eetplan, of hulle kon by Weigh-Less aansluit.

Indien jy lus het om self die eetplanne tuis te volg, hou die volgende in gedagte: die Porsieplan is vir diegene wat meer van voorskrifte hou. Die PlusMinus-eetplan is maklik en eenvoudig en behels twee dieetveranderings per week.

Albei die eetplanne is daarop gerig om jou te help om maksimaal vet te verloor en jou spiermassa te verhoog, terwyl jy deurentyd energiek voel.

Participants had three options to choose from: the Portion eating plan, the PlusMinus eating plan, or they could join Weigh-Less. The results were remarkable!
