How Josie will be assessed

Baseline assessment
Taking her goals into account we will start of by doing a standard fitness test which will include her weight, height, upper body strength, sit ups and a heart rate stress test. Her measurements will be taken and fat percentage determined. This will be repeated once a month.

Weekly progress tests
Using a heart rate monitor, weekly fitness tests consist of a mile walk test on the treadmill to get a heart rate and time.
