INTERMEDIATE 1000m in 6 weeks This programme will enable you to, within 6 weeks, swim 600m in one session, and your whole body will be toned. 1200m in 6 weeks After completing this 6-week programme, you will not only have a toned body, but be able to swim 1200m at a medium pace. ADVANCED 2200m in 6 weeks This programme is for the more experienced swimmer. After completing the 6 weeks, you'll be able to swim 2200m at a steady pace. |
