| When to stop exercising
If any of the following conditions are experienced, it is highly recommended that you stop exercising:
- Nausea and vomiting
- Dizziness or fainting
- Shortness of breath

Palpitations
- Generalised oedema
- If you have decreased foetal activity
- Vaginal bleeding
- Leaking of amniotic fluid
- Onset of contractions
