 Stay focused
One of the hardest things about a training programme, is staying motivated and focused.

It will probably take several weeks, maybe months, to reach the long-term goals that you've set for yourself. During this time, it's important to keep reminding yourself of why you decided to embark on an exercise regime in the first place.

And even after you've reached your goal, you'll need to stay motivated in order to keep your body in top form.
