Now that you've established your fitness levels and have set your goals, all you need to do is choose a training programme to get you there.

Health24 has a number of fitness programmes on offer. Programmes to start running, walking, cycling, swimming. For novices on a beginners' level, for the slightly fitter person and even some programmes on an advanced level.

If you don’t like any of these, you can design your own programme or combine some of our programmes.
