All exercises recommended in any programme on our site are listed in this section.
Not only do we show you how to execute each specific exercise correctly, we show you the pitfalls and tell you how to avoid any actions that might harm you. You will find a minimum of eight different exercises for each body area. Since many exercises involve more than one muscle group - for example many upper leg exercises also involve gluteal, hip and back muscles - we have tried to order them according to the muscle group that is most obviously used. |
