Anchor the theraband underneath the door. Tie the Velcro around one ankle.

Stand upright, facing anchor point, feet hip-width apart.

Hold on to wall or chair if needed.

Bend your knees to about 90 degrees. Hold the position, and return to starting point.

- Make sure that your back is straight during the entire movement.
