| Mike Lacey-Smith is a psychologist and life coach and runs a private practice in Blairgowrie, Randburg. He is a trainer, facilitator and consultant in the fields of change management, career development and team building. He has consulted to over 80 companies in South Africa over the last 12 years.
Mike is the co-founder of JourneyMan – a workshop process to help men to realign themselves with the changing world in which men find themselves (at work, at home and socially) in South Africa.
Mike is also a dolphin-assisted therapist, and conducts workshops for depression recovery, couple relationship enrichment and corporate team builds in Mozambique, where part of the process includes swimming with free dolphins. He has appeared on a number of television and radio shows discussing men’s issues. He works tirelessly in the arena of men’s wellness and is a motivational speaker and writer for a number of magazines.
Mike is a dad, and a musician who also writes poetry. He works alongside women’s organisations and is fascinated by human communication and relationships.
