For some reason people do certain things better in groups, and losing weight is a prime example.

Blogger CJ decides to take the Road less travelled, and asks us to join her as she tackles her weight and fitness issues. She writes: “I decided to write this blog because I am hoping that it will motivate me to work on losing weight. I have suffered with a weight problem for just about my whole life, and it has unfortunately been something that categorised my existence, to some extent anyway.”
