"I had Yogi-sip for lunch. Is this good or bad?"
Expert's comments:
Drinking yoghurt is an excellent snack as it contains both carbohydrates and protein. The bonus is that it's low in fat. It's also a good source of calcium and phosphorous, which are good for boosting bone health.

However, as a lunch on its own it's insufficient to sustain your energy levels until dinner.
Suggestion:
Try to include 1-2 slices of whole-wheat bread or 4-6 Provitas with a low-fat filling, lettuce and tomato, and a fruit.
