Heres a simple way of getting the most out of your food: cook foods in the microwave at low power for short periods instead of using the stove or oven. Also use the microwave, and not the oven, to re-heat foods. Research shows that microwave cooking makes food retain more vitamins B1, B2, B6, folate and vitamin C than when it is reheated in a conventional manner.
