Prevent headaches by reducing caffeine consumption in the weeks leading up to Ramadan month; have a cup of strong coffee just before the start of the fast for the day, to prevent a caffeine withdrawal headache; eat a meal with low sugar content before the fast; and drink enough water beforehand.
