Try to drink three cups of green tea every day. Make sure you reap all the disease-fighting benefits by drinking your tea freshly brewed – after you allowed it to steep for three to five minutes. Take note that tea can impede the absorption of iron from fruits and vegetables. Added lemon or milk could, however, counter this problem.
