It's no secret that what you eat can affect your cholesterol. Now some scientists say that how often you eat may also play a role.
According to the Mayo Clinic, a British study found that people who ate five or six times a day had five percent lower total cholesterol and low-density lipo-protein (bad cholesterol) than people who ate once or twice a day.
