Note:
Vit C 500mg in the morning in the antioxidant complex and 500mg at night as part of the calcium-magnesium complex
Vit E 400 IU’s per day – some as part of the antioxidant complex, but an additional Vit E supplement will also be necessary
CoQ10 20mg three times a day
L-carnitine (amino acid) 250mg three times a day
Vitamin B-complex daily intake: 50mg each of B1, 2, 3, 5, 6, inositol, choline; 50microgram each of B12 and biotin; 400microgram folic acid
Calcium (600mg) and magnesium (300mg) in a food state complex
taken in the morning and at night
Other important supplements:
Essential fatty acids: cold water salmon oil 1000mg / day with starflower oil 1000mg / day or 500mg evening primrose oil a day. Caveat: If on warfarin and other blood thinners, halve the EFA dosage

Healing herbs and plant nutrients:
Garlic – eat crushed garlic in your food – at least three cloves a day, with parsley for the smell, or take garlic capsules
Ginkgo biloba – 40mg three times a day
Crateagus oxyacantha (Hawthorn berry) – 500 – 750mg / day
Ginseng (all the species can be found in one adaptogenic supplement) – be careful if you have poorly controlled high blood pressure
Phytoestrogens, e.g. soybeans, chick peas, lentils
