 Exercise & when to eat
If you exercise at the crack of dawn because you have no other time during the day, chances are that you're struggling to eat breakfast.

On the other hand, you might find it difficult to fit supper in before or after your exercise session in the evening. You need energy to help you through your workout, but you also don't want to get cramps, and you most certainly don't want to eat too late either as this may hamper your weight-loss efforts.

Tricky, tricky...

Fortunately, there are ways around the problem. This section has it covered.
